The JPMorgan Chase & Co. activation site allows a customer to verify receipt of a Chase credit card online. In order to start the verification process the customer will have to enroll in Chase card services.

Please note during the process the Chase card customer will need their SSN or Tax ID number, credit card account number and phone/email address used to obtain the credit card. Picking a Chase User ID Tips
- Must be 8-32 characters long
- Must contain at least one letter and one number
- Cannot include special characters (&, %, *, etc.)
